Week 4 of the Fantasy League resulted in a basket full of upsets all across the board. If you were banking on your rated cars to continue to gain value for that big cash-in…well, if you made it, consider yourself lucky.
Not all of the upsets were huge in the Angel 500. Some were upsets by only a rating point, however, the real impact of the upsets can be seen on the new race results page. The list now shows the actual winners next to the voting results from the week. Favored cars all over the place were run over. How accurate were your votes?

Here are few of the bigger upsets:
- 1964 Continental (1136) over the ‘55 Chevy (1150)
- ‘65 Mustang (1184) over the ‘62 Custom Chevy truck (1199)
- 1974 Charger (1200) over the Firebird T/A (1202)
- Ford GT-40 (1241) beat the F-150 (1247)
- Firebird 400 (1229) over the Corolla FTE (1230)
- Dodge Demon (1236) beat the ‘67 Shelby (1241)
- Triumph (1232) over the Lancer FTE (1246)
And those are only some of the more surprising ones. In total there were 16 rating upsets in today’s races.
A few cars made their debut today and a couple showed some real speed, including the Old Number 5.5 firetruck and the Nissan GT-R. That Nissan has some speed, I’d look for it to continue its climb.
Although it’s not surprising, the might Land Rover dominated its two opponents today to out right claim the number one spot on the leaderboard and is also the first car to break the 1300 rating mark. That Rover is one nasty customer. I wonder if there’s anything that can step up?
