I love 'em. The mouse is sweet! Is there no "real" chassis to speak of underneath the Rat?
THE "RODENT"
- A-OK base
- Gov'ner wheels
- Snoopy's grill n' mill
- ? brand '34 grill ...
the inside of the body was oiled, then Loc-Tite --stick n' seal [indoor] was put on the base, under the cowl pin and lower trunk [away from the wheels] ... carefully leave a dab on the oiled surfaces, shim the body to stay where you want it...when set up [24 to 36 hrs.] wash off all the oil.... the now set up glue stays on the base as guide points, now the body can only fit one way... paint, detail and glue it together...;
Tacoma Cream paint...
if you don't like the paint it is easy to re-do till happy...
