Flashy Fifties on Rotten Rollbacks...
Hey Guys,
As you all know by now, I like teaming up cool cars and their transport vehicles...the Crew Chief Challenge was a really cool event and the Beaters and Fat Fender race is shaping up to be a really cool deal! The next version of this combines several things that I really, really like...Cars of the 1950's and Rollback/Ramp Truck haulers! The cars should be done up in whatever way you'd like to have a real one done...restored to perfect shape, matte black, krusty...whatever you like! And the trucks, should be able to haul the 50's car! If all goes well, maybe we'll even race them with the cars on the back (I'm thinking small rubber bands might be needed to hold them on securely). And the trucks can be of any era, as long as they can haul your car! This also ties in to a very cool series from last year...the Heavy Hauler Race...lots of fun!

Discussion
Yeah, I was thinking about that...I have pretty good clearance with the BotMaker finish line. I could maybe send it around with the cars.
I'll have to check and see how high it is... I think it is around 2"
If this image doesn't get you thinking, nothing will...
And, even though the Maisto roll back is too big to use, it would still clear the Bot Maker finish line...
2" clearance on that finish, like Brian has said...good stuff!
Lots of time to come up with combos for this one...not due until September!
You probably already assumed as much, but this event has been postponed. Chris took hiatus and this theme didn't catch much traction. Maybe we'll revisit later...til then, check out the calendar for a current list of upcoming races.
Height is the enemy here...
