nascarkeith's new project "Haulin' House" Finished
Hey, thanks! I checked out the Sedan Delivery Race. No luck finding a suitable ride yet. How does the postage work on mail in races. Do you send enough stamps for the return trip?
Since my current layout was built just for fun with the little one it has a loop and turn in it. I picked up a Mega Loop Mayhem 5 pack hoping that they would perform well and because it had a Road Rocket in it that looked like it had FTE wheels on it. Can you guys confirm that for me? The color is more bronze than gold so they may just be look alikes.

Just a look-alike! They haven't made the older FTE wheels for over a year now and I don't think they are going to ever again. If you want to find those, you'd need to hit up a flea market or a store with very old stock. Also, Hotwheels never puts FTE's in anything except the mainline where they are clearly marked as FTEs (so no 5 packs or 10 packs).
Funny, cuz the very first time I went to look for a FTE car specifically, I ended up buying a car with the orange wheels thinking they were FTE's . Thanks a lot Mattel.
Oh well. I learned something. They were half price at Dollar General so I got 5 cars for $250 so it was still worth it I suppose. Thanks for the info.
Decimal point check... isle two !

yeah $2.50 is what I meant to type.
I saw these three at Target and thought they would make a perfect race car and hauler set. The plan is to hack the bed off the Chevy Custom and replace it with the flat bed.
One quick question...how are guys getting the detail graphics masked off on such a small area? I see tons of flames but can't cut a mask that small.
Finished up the repaint and wheel swap on this one.
Made some progress on my hauler project.
very cool work on the flatbed. looking forward to see this complete
Awesome work on that hauler! Looks fantastic!!!!
