Can you modify the chassis length? I want to trim the front a little bit, but the rules say 'stock length chassis'. I am guessing that just means no stretching to make it longer, I just want to be sure.

Here is a pile of parts that will soon be my 57 gram Gasser...nothing too fancy. It's always fun to see what direction the build goes as you are working on it...will I try to preserve that nice flame tampo? Will I make it look like half finished project racer? I don't really know...the next day or two will tell.

She's coming along! Some little things to do still, but I like how the '40 looks once to take the running boards off! :)
There hasn't been much interest in this event, so I think I'll put it on the back burner for a while...maybe run them in the Fall.
I know there were some cars out there...don't fear, I'll run the race. I just want to have a good amount of cars to put on a cool event.
Once the Summer is over, the 4 acing schedule on here gets going....it's tough to go racin' with vacations and such.

Yup, any body on a '55 Chevy Gasser chassis (I'm kinda experimenting to see if the common chassis races will make the racing any closer). Personally, I'd like to see the 'Gasser Era...60's' in this race. But, you can put any body you want on the Gasser chassis
