Since there is a lot on the line for the Diecast X 500 race, where the player who picks the winning car receives a prize, I thought i'd give a little bit of an extra edge to those who visit our forums regularly!

While the WorpeX.net website is currently down due to unfortunate circumstance with my other (much more important) website, there is still a great way to get a good feel on what cars might be the best choice for this tournament!

Here is a video result of last seasons tournaments: Philly Fireworks and Heavy Metal Love:

Good luck everyone!

The Diecast X tournament is stacked!! Y'all unload some credits to bring back some great retired cars.

This was a hard bracket for me to seed and pick, that's never happened before. We've raced on the Worpex track before so some of the cars have a history, don't forget.

Shadow Jet is back!!

Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox

oh man, both races are going to be good! I can't wait to race these! Both races have at least 3 cars that can easily take the win! I have to give a silent nod to GsR for noticing that a certain porsche was eligible for Labor of Love! I was wondering if anyone would catch that!

Whew! Took me a long time to find this 1936 Chord of mine! I didn't remember which box I had thrown it in. It appears to have lost part of its bumper over the years... don't remember that happening either. Ah well, I ran a few tests with it and it still performs well! It has a tough match ahead of it, but Its got enough speed to give the porsche a good run!

With that said, I proudly present the cast for this weekends racing!

Nice photos WorpeX! That's gonna help out a bunch.
I was really hoping the Demon was going to be the purple version. Never seen the yellow one, but it looks like it might be fast.

Me too...but I'm wary that almost any car w/os5s can be a screamer.

I honestly don't enjoy being the "chassis police" but....I just noticed another minor discrepancy with wasn't metal-on-metal...and its probably more difficult to find.

I'm not sure if it will make a difference, but its certainly worth noting.
