Hoonigan customization
So over the past couple days of starting hot wheel hoonigan customiztion i learned you need at least $100.00 beceause you need paint, a Dremel, decals, custom tires, & ect. You also need creativity, this is the one thing you need for a custome! If your going to do a Hoonigan you are going to want to go far a very mean\aggresive look!

Customizing does require a budget...but the Dremel is a universally useful tool. You'll need that for almost any custom/modding. Plus it's good for lots of other hobby stuff...so I'd discount that expense :)
Can't wait to see what you make. The Hoonigans are bad ass. I'm kind of surprised they don't have more licensed Hot Wheels cars already, outside of the Fiesta, but even that was a little tame.
What is a "Hoonigan"? I haven't heard that term used before.
