JL Street freaks

I recently ran across an older collection of Johnny Lightning Street Freaks. I don't see anyone here racing or modding those cars or chassis'. Are they fast? Have any potential? Just curious, if I should pick them up.

For all the hoopla that seems to surround JL...IMO, they tend to be duds more times than not...but you never know...which is why you should pick them up.
