Forum friend Bandeezee donated another Screamin' Hauler to the league after the one I bought failed to live up to the hype a couple weeks ago. So the tournament this weekend will be running this new Hauler. We'll see if it can redeem itself.

I never understood the hype behind the Screamin' Hauler... I have three of them and they're all terrible. Only one of those three was even good enough to get onto my ranking site. : /

In my opinion, you should go find yourself a nice Shredster. I'd love to see how fast it would be on your track!

Yeah, mine isn't great either.

it depends on the track it needs more slope and less straight- away

They are extremely fast on all three of my tracks.

If the Hauler is more of a downhill runner, keep that in mind when we expand to more tracks next year. I think there will be a lot of cars that haven't done well on the normal track but on a downhill track will do pretty well.

Great, now with all these mixed messages, how am I going to decide on it? Bandeezee: what do you say???

Like they said, it depends on the track. It does ok on my track when it runs in the middle; however, because I run BluTrack and the walls go straight up (not flared out like Hot Wheels track) the engines on the side will rub when it gets close to a wall and it slows down. I'm thinking on a Hot Wheels flared out wall track it should do well as long as it can pick up some speed on the down hill and there's not a very long straight away.

I didn't open it, but I checked the wheels before I mailed it and they looked pretty darn straight. I'm hoping it does well because I have it winning this weekend's tournament

I havent opened the new hauler yet either but my hunch is it wont make it out of the first round. I think the hauler just needs more length to get up speed, and possibly more downhill as well. I think on a 25 or longer track it is a competitor. But we'll see....just wait i'll probably eat my words when i run he race.

I think the length is what kills the hauler actually. It's a heavier car so it goes fast down the drop, but once it hits the straight the weight holds it back. Mine is pretty quick down the drop, but it hits a brick wall once the track starts to flatten out.

Didn't seem like the new Hauler did too bad. It almost beat the DeLorean. Probably coulda done much better if it didn't face the winner in round 2.

Hey! This is a competition here! You have to make your own decisions.

Besides, like poker, a little false information to befuddle your opponents can be part of the game
