Like others have said, we all go through phases in this crazy hobby. This is my 3rd year and I've been super motivated then super demotivated. Super excited when my cars do well then super down as things go south. The biggest change I'm making this year is fewer races in general and putting more focus on just having fun. I've also found that trying to stack things up and work on multiple axle sets / cars at once makes the whole process seem more like work than something interesting. I'd say clear the bench and pick a race you want to run in and then build a car. Put zero performance pressure on your build and then see what happens.

Honestly, just grab a handful of cars and drill them, tape them back together, put them aside.Every time I pull out my drill, I do three cars, whether i'm racing them or not. If nothing else, you have a bunch of cars drilled and ready to add weights.
