DUELING DELIVERYS CHALLENGE SERIES
Excellent video!
There was a lot of come from behind wins in there. Awesome. That's probably my favorite part of races, the come from behind pass on the straight away.
I assume the fast starts were due to heavy cars, and come from behind victorys were due to heavy cars slowing on the flat section of track?
Yes, I'm guessing that's pretty much how it works. When you switch from track to track there are a lot of variables, like the starting line height, length of downhill, length of flat straight away ect...
I'll take a wild guess and say that some of those cars that were passed, might be winners on a track with a taller start gate and longer downhill....or maybe even shorter tracks...
i didn't realize clifordshaw won with 5 spokes...

Actually the top 2 both were not FTE, although 3rd-7th all were
I'll show this to him he'll get a kick out of it
The cars are here!....but there's 17 of them.
Is the extra #49 Sloppy Jalopy built from six cars just along for the ride, or is it a replacement for Flying Pig Racing's Emergency Brake Ford Delivery? And if you want, Nascarkeith, I can try opening that truck and gluing the axel into place. How exactly is it held together?

FOTF, you might want to re-read some of this thread. There is mention of the 'extra' car.
#49 belongs to tastelikedirt

The cars are here!....
What track will they be raced on?
The main FOTF Speedway--the one we usually race on.
And now you mention it, I do remember that being TasteLikeDirt's--I was confused because it was in a Sloppy Jalopies box and looked like a Sloppy Jalopies job.
So that second Flying Pig Racer is NOT racing, correct?

What does the FOTF speedway look like? layout?
If that Flying Pig can be fixed, I say get it in the mix.
It's...well, I don't remember the exact measurements, but it's about 20 feet long, with a proportionally long straight, and a...very interesting-looking starting gate as of last weekend. It's an extended Dragtracks set. There are pictures of it on the RLD Facebook page (I've never figured out how to upload them to the site).
I'll look into that truck and see if I can crack it open; but don't get your hopes up.

I still get nervous everytime I watch my cars race! The videos make it so much more exciting!
