Pixlr Express! Has a lot of cool settings for messing around with pictures, adding backdrops, borders, color adjustments, etc, etc.

Bellingham, are you talking about Bellingham Washington? If we have some racers in that area, I get down across the boarder 2-3 times a year maybe we could setup a race...unless the racers in that part of Washington are chicken. Just kidding
