Yep, people have tested & raced with Color Shifter axles before. In theory they should have been the same as FTE's but in reality, they just aren't the same for some reason.

  • A little bit, but the cars themselves in the CC series are Plastic on metal also, so that might be whats making the difference. — KandORacing
