Aloha! This is Round 2 of the Enduro Challenge 100. 16 drivers, racing in groups of 4 in 4 heats of racing for each group to earn points towards becoming the Enduro Challenge 100 Champion.
Drivers need to be better than their best to negotiate this course down the side of a volcano at speeds reaching over 200 mph. From the gate, down into the 1st Hairpin, over the Pipeline, survive the double 90s of Calamity Corner, down the Valley Straight, into a final 180 hairpin before the home stretch to the finish line.
This could all end in Round 3, but with the added double penalty for coming completely off the track, you never know how the points will shake out.
Is why we say on the island "Keep your roof to the Sun".
Once the 100 points mark is reached, only the drivers that have not run their heats for that round will be allowed to continue and close out the round. How close will Round 2 get us towards that 100+ goal? Will it be a 3-round event, or could it go to 4? Who do you think will take the Championship?

I did notice 1 error in the races in group 2, I mis-called the Tesla by calling it the Lucid Air. But the points went to the correct driver. It was just confusion on my part in the commentary. I smell a blooper reel in the making. lol
