Redline Derby Showroom thread
So apparently I had a Tuner bug in my system and I just needed to work it out. So here are the 3 Samurai ready to race. One of these may be going to Jungle Falls for the December race. Nissan Z is joined by Datsun 510 wagon and Toyota AE.

Brownie Beagle really surprised me while qualifying at Gravity Throttle Racing today. Brownie's Paw Shaker made it's first appearance at The Hairy Man Mountain Run while a few other cars and trucks went to Jungle Falls, Flip's Strip and Victor Fastlane's tracks. I couldn't resist making Brownie a custom Baja Bone Shaker for GTR's Sand Dune track. It was beating every other casting I raced against, so I customized it to match her Paw Shaker and hoped for the best. I'm still amazed that it qualified 11th so far. I was honored just to get a chance to race on the new track but being in the top 20 is amazing. I feel like I just qualified to race at Pocono in the NASCAR cup series with Dale Jarrett as my crew chief.

Brownie's first Paw Shaker. Having an open top, I had to put a little Brownie in the driver's seat.

- He did great bro’, was cheering for you! Nice work adjusting it for the Dunes!! — G_ForceRacing

- Thanks everyone. With everything that's going on these days, It's been a great mood lifter. After the final time trial, we held onto 15th. I'm so grateful to Mark for extending the number of available spots. It's wonderful to be involved in a great hobby like this. — Billys_Midway_Racing

- Very nice! — Dutch_Clutch_Racing
- Thanks! I’ll pull the body and repaint it but it looks pretty good on that. The original body and chassis will get low rider style wheels… — Stoopid_Fish_Racing
- Cool truck! — ManiacMotorsports

M.C.R. Gauntlet 6 Track Event:

- Sweet cars! — ManiacMotorsports
- very cool — dr_dodge
- Nice. Brown car is a Metal Machine? — Bavarian_Diecast_Racing
- Actually orange, but yeah, Zuru Nitro Rider. Not expecting much out of it. Wheels spin super nice but it was a rush build and the axles are still free floating. I think the Zurus have potential once I find some tubes to fit the axles. — Ruckus_Racing
- I may have the green car, but factory painted yellow. Both look very nice. Those chrome pipes and grille really make the orange car pop. — Billys_Midway_Racing
- very nice! Good luck with them! — Stoopid_Fish_Racing
- I had the yellow (‘76-‘78) as a kid, too. Found this green one (‘80-‘’83) loose but very near mint for $3. Planned on working the wheels and swapping axles but damaged a wheel removing them so had to swap those too. — Ruckus_Racing

A baja bison and a T-Rex transporter that I shiped out to MCR a while ago. I just haven't gotten around to posting it yet. I spent several months of testing, planning and procrastination. I hope that they will be competitive in the championship.

I absolutely hated doing this build, don't get me wrong I love how it came out, but the amount of time I spent trying to hog out the rear fenders to fit those knobby wheels is time I'll never get back. Regardless heading down to 905 diecast for the gasser tournament is this chevy nova wagon gasser coming at 56 grams
- I hope it does well! — ManiacMotorsports
- That’s cool, & so is your brick wall bro!! — G_ForceRacing
- Ch-ch-ch-chia — alva1370
- I like the wheels — alva1370
- good luck, see ya on the hill — dr_dodge
- It came out great, KJ! I spend so much time on my builds that I shouldn’t waste but it’s fun and I want to look good even if I run badly. Your paint jobs are getting much better too. Keep at it. I learned so much over the years but mostly by watching what other people do and trying to do it myself. You’re making improvements to your skills and it shows. I like to encourage others to explore their creativity too. — Billys_Midway_Racing
- If you are using a Dremel type rotary tool for grinding, invest in one of these bits. It will remove material quickly. — ScaleRacingChannel
