Redline Rumble
In for some Redlines and maybe a mod, if time doesn't fly too fast ;-))
HotRods in for a Noodlehead , redline, and a modified Jag XJ220
I'll send a fleet again, just to make a nice bracket lol. Usual beaters with mild heaters theme. Going with one Noodlehead at least, unless I can get my red one to stop sucking wind, probably 5-8 non-Noods, and no mod.
Ok! Ha, I have one non noodle redline that rolls. I am trying to give it some love, it's a clunker, but be fun to race with some great people who have entered.
Noodle, not sure my one will get home to rework, but I did get 1 when in CA. However, it is a long way short of being competitive at the moment. I'll be experimenting.
Mods, I think I have an old XJ build I will rework. I'm still trying to play catch up with new technology, not finding the key yet, but I don't give in.

So. Most of my vintage redlines are pretty rough but surprisingly the JetThreat rolls pretty good.
And when I saw speed bump as an option for the modified I actually got a little excited

My apologies David.
The positives, after weeks of trying to extract more speed out of the Noodle I have here, and the Rolls Royce, I finally got them a little faster and ok with what they ran here. A good challenge and frustrating at times. Who know if they would have held that speed over the Pacific.
BUT... I wont know just yet. As discussed, due to new US Tariffs, Auspost has temp suspended sending to US. Also noted advice there will be/is a post backlog to US.
So..........Yeah. Another disappointment....Though I will be watching the event, and may even send these cars in later, just to see where there approximiately sat.
