This boils to a simple summary, if you don't have means to sent cars back to their owners in timely manner, don't host mail ins. Of course there's always odd chance that life happened and there's easily explained obstacle, even in that case answer people when they contact you and explain situation.

I have two-three places where I send cars from time to time and I know that these gentleman know how to handle other peoples property.
