This is the 8th Points Race of the 2026 Charm City Cup!

Entry Qualifications & Race Regulations

Race Entry Qualifications:

Race Entry Parameters:
All racers must be Emergency Responders with Police, Fire or Rescue language on them.
No Funny Cars or Hot Wheels with FTEs
No duplicate castings will be permitted per person/team.
All racers must be stock die-casts in an unmodified, unopened original package and must remain packaged until race time.

Race Regulations:
$1.00 per entry with a limit of 12 entries per Person/Team.
1 Free entry for every paid table rental.
Race Officials can disqualify any casting at any time before, during or even after the races.

Racing Format:
Single Elimination Bracket Racing with a maximum of 2 racers moving on to the next round until reaching the Race Final.
This includes Preliminaries, Eliminators, Qualifiers, Heats, Quarter Finals, & Semifinals.
The first two racers to cross the line will move on to the next bracket.
Finals.
These races consist of the top 8 finishers.
Racers that are eliminated from the final four races will run in a 0ne race run off for the 5th through 8th place finish spots.
Each of the final four racers will race each other alternating and racing in each lane for a total of four races.
Points for this race will be awarded for each race per the finishing order of each racer as follows: ? 1st - 5pts ? 2nd - 3pt ? 3rd - 2pts ? 4th - 1pts
Points:
Final 128 diecasts will be awarded points for the C4 DRSC Cup based person/team affiliation.

The race committee reserves the authority to disqualify or qualify a racer at any stage of the event.

Rules & restrictions

• Stock entries only
• 80g maximum weight
• 3.25in. long x 2in. tall x 1.25in. wide
• Limit 12 entries per household

Dates & deadlines

All entries must be received by the host before Thursday, 7/30/2026. Racing is scheduled for Saturday, 8/1/2026. Results will be posted on or after that date as is convenient for the host.

How to enter

Contact the tournament host to get the shipping address for entry.

Include at least $10 for return shipping if you want your entries back. Entries not getting returned will be given to the winner as part of the prize.

Include a Race Entry ID slip with your entry

Race format and scoring

Penalties/DNF

If a racer fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify for victory. Offending cars will still race. Finish position and any prize will go to the runner-up in the case of the penalty car winning.

Racers that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.

Racers that wreck will receive a DNF and will be eliminated at that point.
