Yes, MIA....actually MIT...missing in transit.USPS sayd delivered on Friday but no one here accepted a package.
Holiday yesterday so I'll head to the post office at lunch and see what I can dig up.
Check to see that the post office guy didn't put the package in a weird spot. When the cars were delivered to me for the Chevelle Cup, the guy put them under a chair on the front porch and It took me 2 days to find it!
Post Office is standing by it's Delivered Friday stance, even though there were two people here in my office and the postal worker did not drop off a package. The manager of the PO is checking with the driver that day, but he was less than helpful or hopeful.
My office is in a small commercial area in a neighborhood. We have had some spotty mail service as of late, I'll see if I can catch the mailman today...he didn't show up until after 6pm last night.
I hope they show up, my favorite Ferrari is in there!
Well guess what just showed up at my office today? The cars!
Seems the postal worker on Friday scanned it delivered but wrote closed and the date on the box and time of 6:15.
Guess someone tried to kick off work early or something...who knows. Postal worker today had no idea, was working his day off and usually does another route.
I might be able to race them tomorrow after work, but I'm on a deadline on some furniture and might not get to them until this weekend...can we push the dates back a week? Smitty was asking if I could ship them to WorpeX next maybe?
