Timeless Truck Showdown/FULL

We want to showcase some of the classic trucks from the past. Everything from a 32 Ford F100 to a 92 GMC Syclone. They need to be a single cab truck. We love the Low Riders but be careful, not too low, as they will scub. 

This is a 32 truck field. 3 spots are taken, so only 29 spots open at this point.

Rules & restrictions

• Stock and modified entries allowed
• 56g maximum weight
• 3.25in. long x 1.5in. tall x 1.25in. wide
• Limit 1 entries per household
• Retail axles and wheels only. FTE/NPA axles allowed.
• Dry or wet lube allowed 
• Trucks need to be a single cab truck up to 1995. Nothing newer.
• Windows can be tinted
• No offensive or crude paint jobs/decals

Dates & deadlines

All entries must be received by the host before Monday, 3/31/2025. Racing is scheduled for Monday, 4/7/2025. These races will be produced and posted on our youtube page. 

How to enter

Contact the tournament host to get the shipping address for entry.

Include at least $10 for return shipping if you want your entries back. Please cash or a return label. I do not want any digital payments.

Include a Race Entry ID slip with your entry

Track

Racing will be on the Smokey Mountain Raceway, Tennessee. View track profile and specs

Race format and scoring

All trucks will qualify and placed in the bracket according to their qualifying position.
The trucks will do 8 laps and the top 2 in points of each group will advance to the next round.
In the final race of 8 laps, the driver with the most points, wins.

Penalties/DNF

Cars are given a grace of 1g over the stated weight limit to account for variance in scales.

If a car fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify for victory. Offending cars will not race.

Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.

Prizes

The winner will receive a prize pack from Rust Belt Customs.
We will also have a best in show competition. The winner will get a half sheet of custom decals from Rust Belt Customs. So make em look good!
