Twisted Metal!!!!

As someone who grew up enjoying the games and now due to the release of the new tv series I have decided to host a twisted metal weekly tournament.
Rules & restrictions
- Modified entries only
- 80g maximum weight
- 3.25in. long x 2in. tall x 1.25in. wide
- Limit 2 entries per household and 1 alt
- Retail axles and wheels only. FTE/NPA axles allowed.
- Dry lube only
- Any casting as long as it isn’t too tall. Trucks and things of that nature roll over on my track.
- Custom paint, make it rough and dirty!!!
- 2 cars per household maximum, as many subs as you want though
- Add some guns, swords, whatever you can to cause carnage(metaphorically)
- Please include team name somewhere on cars
- $5 entry fee
Dates & deadlines
All entries must be received by the host before 1-1-24. Racing is scheduled for every Saturday in 2024. Results will be posted weekly on Facebook!!
How to enter
Contact the tournament host to get the shipping address for entry.
Include at least $10.00 for return shipping if you want your entries back. Entries not getting returned will be given to the winner as part of the prize.
Include a Race Entry ID slip with your entry

Racing will be on the Mako Raceway 2.0. View track profile and specs
Race format and scoring
This will be a single-elimination weekly tournament. A car will move on in the bracket only when it wins two races. Cars will alternate lanes between each race. Scoring system determining the grand champion winner will be the driver/team with the most weekly tournament wins.
The car that wins the final race will be declared the winner. Race host has final decision in all races.
Bracket seeding will be random.
Penalties/DNF
Cars are given a grace of 1g over the stated weight limit to account for variance in scales.
If a car fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify for victory. Offending cars will still race. Finish position and any prize will go to the runner-up in the case of the penalty car winning.
Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.
Prizes
Bragging rights, custom themed car and any cars that aren’t returned to owners

If so are you going to use different cars every tournament?
Are you planning to do like a tv series?

These are some questions that I have about this. It sounds fun but it seems like you'll need a LOT of cars. I don't want to commit to this right now but I might think about it sometime in the future, especially if these questions are answered.
- Yes it will be a weekly tournament. 2 cars per team, it will be the same cars every week and will go off of a points system for the champion at the end. I go live on Facebook for the races as I don’t have the ability to edit my videos. — Kingshark
