fast fred gets power pipes I guess! I'm good with this pick... that car won its last tournament in a nice upset. I hadn't expected it to do all that well and it ended up winning! Will be interesting to see how it fairs against a completely different set of opponents!

The first heat is finished! Here is an overview of how it went down plus an introduction for all the cars which were chosen! I had way too much fun writing this up. It's a wall of text, but I hope you guys read it anyway. Comment if you'd like me to keep doing the results like this, otherwise I might get lazy next week and not do the full write-up. haha.
Also, I changed up the point system. Winner will only get +1 for winning the heat. Also, +1 point will be given for submitting a car!

Both Fast Fred and GspeedR must be happy with the performance of their cars! Both players have the lead for the moment, tied at first place with only one race to go! The deciding event is between a car who just barely got through round 1 and 2 and a car who has had no issue at all. Power Pipes won two tough races and with his determination, this match is sure to have an exciting closer!
"Eclipse" had other ideas, however. I'm sorry to report that even second place was unable to compete with the power of the porsche! A b-grade will have to suffice. "Eclipse" and GspeedR will move on to the final 8!

i like the track broadcaster style, keep it up... good fun on a friday evening...
No toe stepping here, I don't mind. I know the Fantasy League has been on a long-ish hiatus and the Spring/Summer promises to be full of holes. The more racing the better, no matter where it is. And actually, seeing Redline Derby be a place where folks can post their own results and stuff is part of the plan...I was intending to have such tools ready for this year but just ran out of time, so it'll have to be part of the evolution around here.
