4 pack of HW style track at Dollar Tree

Dollar Tree is selling a 4 pack of HW style track for $1.75 here in California. It's blue in color with orange connectors and appears to be made of a somewhat sturdier plastic than the HW 2 pack that Dollar Tree also sells. A bargain for sure if you need straight track!

It seems to not be a Hotwheels licensed product but looks very similar to.

Is that for a quantity of 4 individual pieces, and each piece (track) is 2' long giving you a total of 8' length of track?
I think the normal here is 2 pieces of track at 2' long each, thus 4' total track for $1.75.
It would seem if there is a new packaged product of 4 pieces of track at 2' long each, this could give someone 8' of total track with connectors for under $2!
