As the finale to this years Canyon Outlaws street racing competition,  we completely destroyed one of the competitors cars, with their permission I must add. Kit vwery kindly let me blow up El Dardo de Chatarra and it was glorious. You can check it out in the video

Oh, man ........ wow. Those import dweebs are REALLY going to get their tailpipes kicked.

Sad to see the Junk Dart go, but it was an awesome ending.

Hot Wheels: "It's not the same without the flame"

Chaos Canyon: "Let's test that theory."

LOL. I love that the fire rained down from the heavens...we all know that's how it's gonna end anyway.

There's a scene in one of the Metal Gear Solid games where Snake has to trudge down a river while facing all the ghosts of people he killed prior to that point in the game. In my case, it was a long, long river to walk...but I always think about that scene when it comes to childhood toys.

It would also be a long river for me to walk if I had to face the ghosts of all the toys I destroyed when I was a kid. GI Joe guys burned at the stake, Star Wars figures melted, and plenty of Hot Wheels stuffed with gun powder or just shamelessly threw against a brick wall. Yet I have no real regrets about it...it's just part of being a boy. Fire.

Nice story-telling video. And anybody with male hormones gotta love fire. But I was saddened at seeing a lot of hours of modding work destroyed. What a sacrifice. RIP El Dardo de Chatarra.
