An arm and a leg later, This is my first year of collecting classic micromachines, all 104 cars in one epic ongoing tournament. It is near impossible to get pre-loved collections in Australia so I will do my best to swap out any doubles as my collection grows. I have put much blood sweat and dollars into this build I hope it inspires more micro maniacs out there to do the same or just puts a smile on somebody's face.

Whoa!! That's incredible! How fun. I was just the right age when they debuted. Probably why I had a more modest collection of 1/64 sized cars. Micro Machines were all the rage -- I guess I was six when they came out -- I didn't realize I probably had some of the first ones. I remember loving how tiny they were but also a little disappointed in the accuracy to get them so small and to actually roll. Some were pretty fast! I wonder if they're still in a box somewhere ... Probably long gone by now.
