Diego’s Diecast first mail in

This will be the first mail in tournament on the new track,it starts with a launcher which gives an additional advantage to the lighter cars, there will be a one dollar entry fee so I can upgrade the track and hopefully make it longer or get new cameras
Rules & restrictions
- Stock and modified entries allowed
- 70g maximum weight
- 3.25in. long x 2in. tall x 1.25in. wide must fit on hot wheels orange track
- Limit Unlimited entry’s entries per household
- Retail axles and wheels only. FTE/NPA axles allowed.
- Dry lube only
Dates & deadlines
All entries must be received by the host before Saturday, 5/29/2021. Racing is scheduled for Saturday, 6/5/2021. Results will be posted on or after that date as is convenient for the host.
How to enter
Contact the tournament host to get the shipping address for entry.
Include at least $5.00 for return shipping if you want your entries back.
Include a Race Entry ID slip with your entry

Racing will be on the Diego’s diecast drag strip. View track profile and specs
Race format and scoring
This will be a single-elimination tournament. A car will move on in the bracket only when it wins two races in a row. Cars will alternate lanes between each race.
The car that wins the final race will be declared the winner. Race host has final decision in all races.
Bracket seeding will be random.
Penalties/DNF
Cars are given a grace of 1g over the stated weight limit to account for variance in scales.
If a car fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify for victory. Offending cars will still race. Finish position and any prize will go to the runner-up in the case of the penalty car winning.
Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.

Hey!
I am about to ship five cars over for the second event. If they get there in time, and you need some more entries you can run them in this event as well.
So I've had a few things pop up in life so I'm probably going to have to work on and post the race a little later than expected this will most likely happen with my second race too I'm hoping that the fast saga race shouldn't be affected, so no rush with sending in cars take your time but please send me a dm after you have sent any cars in so I can keep an eye out for them thank you for understanding and sorry if I have caused any problems

Here's a sneak peek of the prize box so far I was thinking about having the 1st place get to pick 4 cars 2nd place 3 cars and 3rd place 2 cars I was also thinking about having a prize for the best looking car do you guys think that would be a good idea?
