Race format and scoring
If we have more than 32 entries, we will do an elimination bracket style race where they're seating will be by way of qualifying round. I will be doing a Live weigh in prior to the qualifying round. If there is no qualifying round and we switch to a timed event, I will still do a live Weigh in ceremony so everybody can see the weights on everybody's cars.
Penalties/DNF
.7g grace
If a car fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify for victory. Offending cars will still race but will not race past the first round.
Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.
Prizes
First place in each category will receive a trophy. Second, and third will receive a medal. Of course. Prize packs for all podium, finishers.
Discussion
I may be able to send one. Can a vehicle for the 55g class be right around 56g?
- A grace of .7g is allowed. So the max weight a 55g racer is 55.7g for this race. October race this drops to .5g allowance. The following race it will be .3g, then .1g. By next year ZERO allowance. This gives racers time to adjust your scale. A .9g weight is too big of an advantage when the racing is so close. — VoxxerRacing
- Ok, thanks. I'll see if I can find something else, not sure though. — ManiacMotorsports
In
I'm going to give this a shot if there's still openings
- Welcome. Enter as many cars as you want. $5 per car per race. See you at the track. — VoxxerRacing
Ruling. You may adhere a moving part to permanently stop that part from moving. Example - Ferrari F-40, gluing down engine cover so that is does not move. This is legal as long as it does not change the appearance of the car as stock. Must still remain as if it is " in the bubble. "
Yes please!
- Great. Welcome ! — VoxxerRacing
- Hey for the super stock series, do the wheels have to be just original size to yhe casting, or must be the wheels that came with the car, just re-worked? — VariatSkunkWorks
- Sorry I missed your post. Wheels must be original HEIGHT to the stock car. You may not change, example - a Medium for Large wheel. Wheel Sets must be mounted in stock location. — VoxxerRacing
- So I can farm for better wheels as long as they are the same size/weight? — VariatSkunkWorks
!!!!! RULING CORRECTION !!!!!
After texting back and forth, and with visual and verified on Hot Wheels Wiki, Ultra Hots deco's are LEGAL. I appreciate the racer, providing proof to support this ruling.
Yes, when introduced, Ultra Hots were not part of the main line. Speed Fleet segment, shows that the Ultra Hots did come in main line runs.
Target 2020's exclusive Ultra Hots are NOT LEGAL. Not main line issued.

I apologize for the previous post, which has been deleted. It is a learning curve for all of us. Looking forward to racing on May 19th.
I'm in for 2 if there's still room
Multiple use racer. Diesel Boy. First run - 1/2 front fenders. Re- tool - full fenders. 3rd variation - plastic interior. Depending on how you +/- weight, you can have 4 different class racers.
45g contender
Hi racers. After talking to Dave, above race has been changed to May 26, 2026. Sorry for the inconvenience, but life, happens.
Thanks Voxxer.

Next Super Stock race is May 19th
Weights 45g, 50g and 55g
Weight scale variance is now 0.7g !!!!!!
Ruling. You may adhere a moving part to permanently stop that part from moving. Example - Ferrari F-40, gluing down engine cover so that is does not move. This is legal as long as it does not change the appearance of the car as stock. Must still remain as if it is " in the bubble. "
