If you have any problems or issues with the web site following the recent changes, please report them in this thread.
I'll also be posting issues I find and using this as a work log of sorts.

It looks like a lot of the pop-up menus are out of position now. Like the login, reply pop-up, and when you click to view an image. My initial investigation shows that it's due to a browser update (mostly in Chrome from what I can tell).
