Hahahaha!!!! I perfer the Smell of Diesel.
With a New 351 I put Premium Only, At $6.00 a Gal its an expensive taste. But my Baby deserves it, Eat less and Smoke less for the enjoyment of Crusing. Thank God I am Disabled!
- I used to rock a Harley Road King FLHR with full stage 2 upgrades. So I would also only run premium as well. Even at 5 gallons it could get a bit pricey. Awesome you got your car rolling. — AbbyNormal

My work is about to do a massive RTO (return to office). I live 56 miles from the office, 113 miles round trip. The Malibu get about 27mpg. That's just over 4gal per round trip. (4.1851). Gas in my part of Missouri is $4.09/gal. That's $17.15 a day for gas. Five days a week in the office costs me $85.77.
I mostly work from home now with one day a week every 3 weeks in office.
- Bummer. I'm thankful my place has limited RTO to once or twice a week minimum. It's not only saved on gas but also my sanity, lol. I'm still waiting for the other shoe to fall but after 2 years since RTO was declared, that hasn't happened. Fingers crossed everyday. — redlinederby

It is what it is...thankful that I'm needing less of it these days. My previous daily commute was 23 miles each way through hellish stop-n-go suburban traffic. (about 1 tank/week @ 24mpg) My current daily commute is only 10 miles each way with few traffic lights and rural scenery. (half a tank/week @ 27mpg) But I still think about the diecast that I can't afford because things are the way that they are.(insert rolleyes icon here)
