Here's my video about my experience with purchasing
the Jammers (double-sided thread organizers) from
Walmart's website and having them shipped to a
local store for pick-up.

Here is my previous video talking about why Jammers
are not in the stores anymore. Basically, since they are
marketed as being kids toy car holders, they have to be
safe for kids. Since the Jammers can get jagged edges
if they are dropped and broken, they are not considered
safe for kids. So now, they are branded as double-sided
thread organizers and we get the same exact product
that many of us have enjoyed for a long time already

Just got a text message that my cases are ready to be picked up! Organizing weekend!

I like the Jammer cases and have been looking for them for a while. I did find a Hot Wheels case at Big Lots for $9.50. I bought one for my daughter. I prefer the Jammmers because you can see in there without opening them. I already have 5 or 6 so it helps. The Hot Wheels case hold 48 cars also. I think the Jammers are slightly smaller and stack better than the Hot Wheels. Looks like I'll be having some sent to my local Wal-Mart. Thanks for the info.

They redesigned the hinges, much better.
I now have 8 cases, not full yet but shouldn't take long!
One case is just Ferraris.

I have about a hundred Jammers so I am very happy that the
product is still available. Even at $9 plus tax, let's say $10,
that means that it costs 20 cents each to store my little
toy cars.

I prefer Jammers because they are very easy to store and
see what is inside of them. I just tape a label on the end
so that I know what is inside of them. I doubt if I will
ever get organized but some day I should make a video
showing them on my shelves.

Pick up four more cases from Walmart Tuesday.
As long as I don't put them all in the same place I think it'll be ok!

FOUND THIS INFO ON ANOTHER FORUM:

FYI- Plano type 48 car plastic 2 sided car cases, like those sold at walmart in years past, available Stuff4sewing.com, link below. These are currently discounted 50%, at $6.07 each. They are now sold as Clear Creative Options Thread Organizer 10.13"X3.25"X14.25" 088048. No longer sold as car cases, some liability issue a few years ago if memory serves. Coupon Code: SAVE5 (thats save with a 5 behind it) knocks off 5% for the next 14 days. I've been looking for a good price on these for a while now, ebay has them from multiple sellers for al least double.

I don't know all the shipping options, but they're saying $13.00 to ship to CA. They are $9. from Wal Mart.com with free shipping if you pick them up at your local store.

Volume babbby, volume!
I ordered 8 of them and the shipping was 14 and change.
I'm figuring this way I won't need to order any for a while.
