Fixed Axles = 47 Straight Heat Wins!!!
Wow! My food truck test vehicle is back on the job this morning after laying out 47 straight wins at the track last night! Going from dead last of all my new Hot Wheels to the top of the slowest 48 jammer box of vehicles
Notice that the clearance on the wheel wells are still pretty tight, but I used a bunch of the techniques and tips provided by other members here to make a significant performance improvement - clay, super glue, straightness, centering, jb kwik weld, camber and toe in adjustments. Thanks guys and gals! Also, graphited the wheels. Didnt add weight though as it was already at 60 grams.
So now Gravity + weight + graphite + a stiffer suspension = more speed + straighter tracking!!!

Yes, it would be to tall at 1 and 7/16ths inch tall. Might could chop the top and Rat Rod it to fit though!
I have that exact same Friburgers Grill, it's one of my fastest vehicles I own! I also have a '71 Maverick Grabber, an AMC Packin Pacer and '71 Ford Mustang Mach I that are FAST
Cool! Mine barely made it to the finish line on its 1st run! I love Pacers!
I love this one especially! Mine is from the 2011 Hot Ones series. Never been defeated!
Is the Pacer the white or black one?
Sorry for the late response.... The Pacer is the white one.
I am using this AMC Greased Gremlin as inspiration for my Rat Rod build - can you image a Rat Rodded Pacer!
That would be so bizarre that it would be cool!
The Food Truck picked up another 7 straight wins against the middle ranged jammer box vehicles this evening!
Fix those wobbly axles in there place!
Good! I wonder what it would have done if you put some new FTE's or High Speed wheels on it and added some weight....
It is held together with a button screw now - so I will add it to the modifications to do list!
sounds like you're having fun...go milt go !
got a STINKY'S release of that truck... memory tells me that that casting was too tall for DRAG TRACKS finishline 1.25"...?
