Friday Night Street Racing - Season 3 (FINISHED)

It's Friday Night Street Racing.  We meet on Front Street, downtown Orillia.  Our dragstrip is out of comission, so we are taking it to the street!  Afterwords Drivers hang out at either the Kawartha Dairy or Popeyes.  Sorry, we are already fully signed up for the year.

We sometimes host other featured events and are now joined by Sweet JP.

We don't condone Street Racing unless it is done at 1:64 scale.

Friday Night Street Racing is a Choose Your Ride event, the remaining 5 entries will compete for possitions on our Top 8 Ladder.  The Top 8 Friday Night Street Racing cars on the Ladder will get to compete on the Snow Valley East and even see some competition from some rival clubs!

Rules & restrictions

• Choose Your Ride - Unmodified Stock cars only
• Real-World Cars Only
• No Trucks or Vans, however Convertibles, Conpact Cars, Station Wagons, Pickups and SUVs are allowed. Prefer Sports Cars.
• No Dry Lube (If you qualify we apply the Dry Lube for Ladder)

Race format and scoring

5 Cars compete for a shot at the Top 8 Ladder. The first 4 cars compete for 4 Laps with rotating starting positions with a single elimination. The Top 3 cars are then joined by the 5th entry for another 4 Laps with rotating starting positions with double elimination. The Top 2 Drivers/Cars move on to challenge the Ladder. These two finalists get Dry Lube applied before challenging the Ladder.

How to enter

Contact the tournament host to choose your ride.  You request a casting that you like and we will try to locate your ride.  There are no fees for joining this event.  Entry is dependant on availability and up to the discretion of the Track Host.
