I saw the final pairs of the Gassers and Chevelles up on Facebook earlier. Not sure who won though.

i am spoiled like 442 ... [liked that Wpx flik], i have a video camera lined up for the finals... but i don't know what to do with the disc after he transfers it...if i knew how to "zap" it to Wpx i bet he could get it posted.
we will film one of each racer's launches..[burnout track] . then the placing finishes instead of the whole race as he recently inhereted the rig and is on a learning curve.... focus/ tripod / lighting/ movement, etc.

It's going to be a little harder to figure out the points for the Lincoln race! Apparently there were 11 cars racing instead of 8 in the Chevelle race and there were 9 gassers racing instead of 8. The 'grudge match' thing, while very entertaining, only works if the hosts follow the series.
The Gasser race is easy. Sloppy Jalopies 'extra car' #17 will be awarded the "grudge Match Winner's' points. It gets more interesting in the Chevelle Cup where 3 'extra cars' were run in the race. I will have to figure out which teams own car numbers 19, 1 and 13 and award points to those teams highest finishing cars.
Gasser points are posted now. The Chevelle points will be posted up as soon as I get it all sorted out.
No Problem! If you're able to, can you patch-up McJiggles Red #13 Chevelle? It fell apart during one of the shipments. I used tape during my racing because I didnt' know if McJiggles wanted it fixed up. I sadly sent out the cars before he gave the OK. So if you have some time, just put a bit of JB Qwik on the rivets or whatever you use.
