What Are You Using to Inventory Your Hot Wheels Collection?

I've been collecting Hot Wheels on and off since the 1980s and have accumulated a few thousand cars. I'm finally looking for a good way to inventory everything, but I'm having trouble finding a database or app that does everything I need.

I've spent some time looking at several options:

1. Hot Wheels Collectors Newsletter – Digital Car Catalog

Probably the most impressive database I've found so far.
Includes individual castings, variations, and collection management.
However, I've already found older Nova variations listed elsewhere that aren't in their database.
Some newer Mystery Models also appear to be missing.
Subscription required, and I haven't been able to confirm whether I can export my collection to Excel/CSV or retain my records if I cancel.
2. HotPeg

Offers collection tracking, duplicate management, and reportedly Excel/CSV exporting.
However, when I looked through the database, it didn't seem complete enough for my collection.
3. Hunt64

Offers scanning and collection tracking.
Seems more geared toward managing a collection through a phone.
I haven't confirmed how complete its database is or how well it handles older variations.
4. hobbyDB

Has a large collectibles database, including Hot Wheels.
Some collection management and export features require a paid membership.
I'm not sure how complete its Hot Wheels variation listings are.
5. Mattel Hot Wheels Showcase

Official Mattel app, which is appealing.
Free collection tracking is limited, with a subscription required for larger collections.
I haven't found a confirmed Excel/CSV export option or a full desktop/browser interface.
What I'm Looking For
Ideally, I'd like something that:

Works on a PC through a web browser, not just a phone. A phone app would be nice while shopping, but I don't want to inventory thousands of cars on one.
Tracks exact castings, years, colors, wheel variations, and packaging differences.
Allows multiple quantities of the same car.
Lets me add missing cars or variations.
Tracks where each car is stored.
Exports everything to Excel or CSV so I always have a backup of my inventory.
I'm not against paying for a good service, but I don't want to spend months entering thousands of cars only to discover I can't export my collection or lose access if I stop subscribing.

For those of you with large collections, what are you using?

Has anyone tried these services extensively? Are there other databases or programs I should be looking at?

I'd especially appreciate hearing from collectors who've been maintaining their inventories for several years and have found something reliable.
