Good glue recommendations
I'm looking to glue (repair) a vinyl plastic wheel "Beach pail plastic" I've tried model glue and super glue and neither work. Anyone have any good suggestions?

I swear by JB Weld, but for tires? maybe... but I've never been disappointed using it.

Staples and a soldering iron?? I’ve been trying “plastic welding” to make a few repairs. No luck so far but I haven’t destroyed anything either.

- Plastic welding is the principle behind model glue, just a chemical instead of heat that does the melting. Thing is it only works on certain types of plastic, polystyrene mostly. — Sunshine_City_Garage
Thanks everyone for all the suggestions (and the laughs) the item in question arrives today. I have a few things to try. It's going to be a display piece so it doesn't need to hold crazy good, just good enough.
I have found a new glue that works like a charm! It held the wheel, I'm just giving it another layer just to make sure. It is called ultimate glue, looks like Elmer's in both color and consistency, dries clear and has a flex to it. Only downside is it is water soluble. I will show results when it dries.
