Got FTE's?
I'm gonna go out on a limb here....
Granted, I've only tested a few FTEs so far and while most of them are indeed "fast"...they're certainly more metal and less plastic in the process...after all, you can't "die-cast" plastic.

the fastest cars I have.GspeedR
Agreed. Note that none of the "Hall of Fame" championship cars from the fantasy league are FTE cars.
Depends on the track I think. The ones on mine are leaps and bounds faster then the original. Granted, the slower ones can be beaten by non-FTE's, but the faster ones wont (Javelin, Italia, Triumph).
i'ld put "SWEET 16 II's" rear axle up against any other...ugly car, deserves to have it's rear ripped out,

100% correct.
While the nickel plated axles are smoother and definitely reduce friction in the hubs, it's all moot if the car isn't designed for speed. I have a car here that I will put up for cash against any FTE car.
do i hear an all out challenge ??? FTE vs. 5 SPOKE VS. PR5, VS. BBS VS. .............
WITH A WEIGHT CLASS OR BODY CASTING RESTRICTION ???.... TOURNAMENT T.B.A. ??? JASON ???

None of the fastest FTE's are in the Fantasy League as far as I know.
Contenders for the Hall Of Fame would be these FTE's:
Cadillac Escalade
Hot Tub
Way2Fast
16 Angels
Interesting...fantasy league tournament based on wheel types. We've done FTE tournaments, why not 5 spoke, 5 hole, lace wheels etc. I'm sure Brian has enough cars in the lot to accommodate such tournaments.
What might be even more interesting is running a tournament of the 'best' of each, where we enter one car of each wheel type to go against all others. He might have 16 different wheel types in the lot.

Agreed the 2005 and 2006 FTE wheels/cars tend to be much better than the 2009-current cars. Our league outlawed the 2005 and 2006 cars this year because the current FTE cars couldnt touch them. I would put the Escalade and Way2Fast at the top of my list, based on what I have seen with those cars.

My 16 Angels is terrible. I think it might be my worst FTE. : / It's even slower then my custom Countache FTE. Then again, as I said, FTEs are ridiculous on my track. Its still faster then almost all the non-FTE cars. haha.

how about the winner of the 16 cars with like wheels vs. winner of 16 with different like wheels ? etc. etc. etc....
(16) - 16 car teams... 16 elimination races-
16 different winners... king of the hill winners tounament ?
ever try micro-polishing with toothpaste on axles that you have removed ? [ rinse very well ] with ivory soap and hot water...
