Hairy Man Mountain Run Track UpDate
Just a quick uncut video of the Track update and Extensoin of the Start Gate and Finish line.
Group B Rally cars will be running soon and Sardine Racers wil be enjoying the added Track and Divided Lanes Brought to you by SpoolHeads. Enjoy and any suggestions are Greatly Appreciated.

Looks good to me! Can't wait to see the stubby Sardines running down those long straights! Hope my Mini Cooper can handle it!
The track is looking super with the extensions. I've got a couple of Ford Escorts sitting on the shelf waiting to be worked on. Should be a real Hairy Mountain Man Hoot.
A little fine tuning coming out of that last corner and this is going to be great.

Such a significant extension to the layout, setting the start even further back, the chicane right after -- some terrific Spool Heads product incorporated into the course. Perhaps some tweaking yet to be done prior to filming Group B Rally but overall a resounding HECK, YES from me!
Looks great! That wider finish straight should be good for some action!
Love the track and hope to race on it soon. During the video, the music was just a bit too high, it was hard to hear what you were saying.
So on my little puny track I was having similar issues with cars spinning out or crashing coming out of a AFCR 180 that was also on a bit of a downward slope. I put up all sorts of barriers to no real avail. Then I reduced the slope by about 1 degree and poof it was all better
- Had it level at the start dropped a Hair in reconfiguring, the transition should be way better once part is installed. Its on its way. Still have a few weeks to Tweak — Bent_Rod_Racing
I'm liking it, good run. I wonder if you could even extend the top out further by doing a 90* righthand bend up there, have the starting gate come out towards the front of the track. You might even be able to extend the length of the track by continuing the loop at the end, making it come out from underneath where the track ends now, and have it drop down to the floor. Of course, that depends on available real eastate, too ...... I'm liking it. Nice work.
Hahaha! Your Evil! Yes was thinking of just that, wanted to change out the Crash Racers eventually with Spoolheads. Problem is Acura is sitting there, The shop is 30' by 50' but with 5 cars in there I have been relagated to the back, Was going to drop bottom at least 6" and can entend out. Alas I have to save for more track and will revamp come spring. Wanted more curves in the run, hence Mountain Run : )
