I use Flickr for all my photos. The free Flickr account allows 200 pictures and the paid account is unlimited. You'd be surprised how far 200 photos can go, but for $25/year for unlimited photos, I can't recommend Flickr enough.
I have a Flicker account but I find that hard to navigate.
As far as free hosting for photos to use on forums and stuff I use Photobucket. There's others out there too.
One more that is rather convenient is Clip2net. You may do screen shots also and save them on their hosting using this prog
