Just stoking the fires a little more tonight...testing my timing. I ran all the cars through that I have...nothing official.
But, here are some cars that are definitely looking fast...

Official timing will be happening later in the week with a race on Saturday and on Sunday to determine the winner.

Hi Guys!
I just wanted to give you a quick update on the Workshop Series! I have 27 cars here so far, with, perhaps, a few more coming...so it's going to be a nice sized field!
Just a reminder...this is a 'winner-take-all' event...and you guys have been very generous in adding to the pot! I have an additional 11 cars that you guys sent in...and I am adding 8 more to that number! The additional cars will go to the 2nd and 3rd place cars...and the top 3 best scoring 2-car teams will also get prizes!
I opened the cars that I have and made test passes down the track to make sure all the cars are in good order. And, just as an early observation, Weber Cabin had the same idea I did...I thought my Morris Mini was going to be a secret weapon....but, his is probably faster than mine! Uber Dork Girlie's Love Bug VW looks fast too.
The teams of Weber Cabin and Traction Event (along with mine, 72 Chevy) are going to be tough!
I am going to be qualifying this week, with Friday being the last day...results from qualifying will be posted Friday. I am going to be using the average time on both lanes to seed the cars...and, for fun, I have a HW speedometer to provide the trap speeds!
Let the bench racing/trash talking begin!
