How many of you have....
....a BWF Camaro? I think it would be cool to have a BWF Camaro race sometime if enough people on here owned one.

A couple of guys have them here, but most of us aren't willing to spend over $20 bucks on a single racer.
I have one...and paid $50+ to get it in my hands...shipping cost was the killer. But it is the fastest car in my collection.

in real racing when a guy runs a [example] keith black big block and wins, you need one to compete... I hope our racing doesn't travel down that road, I mean the FTEs are bad enough ... $ wise... if it gets to a keep up with the jones [bwf marro] we may see racers fade away...
.
IMO... that is what is best about our racing, by modding our cars there is no map to building a winning car...
if winning is all to a racer, they should race stocker BWF MARROs in a stockers race... LJLRC did... and they had to ban the car because if a kid didn't have one he lost and went home crying... in our racing even when we lose we have the pride in knowing we built our own ... this is not meant to step on any racers toes, just MY overall opinion...
I have yet to race my BWF Camaro, personally I just wanted to have one to see if it was as fast as everyone had told me. I have race it against my cars...but as far as taking it to the track on race day...nah. For me, I honestly have more fun building a track where others can come and enjoy themselves racing their cars...and know that it is a Fun, Fast, Fair...regardless of your age. I like speed...but, I'm always looking for a car that will unseat my current record holder.

No BWFs in my fleet, although I'd certainly add one if one happened to come my way. But I do have a few MBX Halley's Comet cars in the arsenal...thier reputation for on-track performance pre-dates the BWF Camaro. Hmmmm, I smell a future showdown.

Let's do this..."East Coast Vs. West Coast"...My track is open for a Fair race for all racers....Plus I have a track timer.

CANATS...Canadian Nationals... run 'em boys!
I have one. Didn't pay much for it. Just okay on my track and the league track. Wins some and losses some. Would only pick another up for a low price point. I'm not willing to spend what people want on E-Bay. Saw some at a JL convention once and some people were trying to sell them for $100. Yeah, right! Saw another guy that had like a gun case that has the foam in it to protect things. He had tons of these cars in one that he was racing on the track there.
My experience, it seems to be like any other car, you just don't know what you have until it hits the track.
I have seen some really fast ones. Not sure if they are any faster than some of my fastest ones though and never had a chance to race those. Saw a "ringer" bring one to our league last year. Never made it into the final four and was beaten out by a JL 67 Pontiac GTO (some X-Men character I believe).
I do think they perform better on tracks that are mostly hill. My home track and our league track does not have a really high starting line (we like to see racing!), so the weight tends to slow them down as they have a longer runoff.
SO here's another question, do you BWF owner's have a 2011 Hot Ones AMC Packin Pacer, by chance?
What does BWF stand for?

How much is shipping a little package to Canada, Preacher?
Too much money for me.
