I have 5 on the way, gonna put them in the post after Thanksgiving.

  • Great looking cars! — GenX_VintageRacing
  • Nice cars! and yes bring them on! One tip though if you are interested, I added a tips section to the page. low front ends are typically slow off my startgate. Just throwing it out there. :) — WeRaceDiecast
  • Sent, 11/30/20. I can't wait to see it lmao I wish I could just teleport it to your house. — SecretTowerTuning

Threw one together to go with the Small Truck shipment.  71' Dodge Charger from the current main line.  Only took it up to 66 g, so hopefully the right combination of speed and stability.

  • Look forward to running it. As long as the wheels spin fast and she runs straight, the weigh is good. Our first 2 Kings I believe were around 57g. — WeRaceDiecast

Meh .... I think I'm too late to get in on this one. People have already been racing for the past few weeks, and I would be at a disadvantage points-wise sending in a few cars this late in the game. I'll wait for the next go-round when I have a little more experience modding cars under my belt.

Looks like a great time, though - will be on my calendar for next year.

  • I think you're misunderstood, this tournament is continuing all the way into October next year. If you get it in now, you'd actually be pretty early in the grand scheme of things. — SecretTowerTuning
  • I know, but there’s the consideration of also not having any modded and tuned cars to send in at the moment, either. — SpyDude
  • I thought this was an elimination-type series. Send in cars whenever and if you win, you keep racing until you lose. — redlinederby
  • I send in one car every once in a while. There's no advantage to those who have raced earlier than later. Each race is only the six entrants for that week. Points don't carry over from week to week. — GenX_VintageRacing
  • AH, okay! I thought it was a carryover points system. THAT makes more sense, then. Yes, I think I will have to dig up some cars and send them in. — SpyDude
  • Glad to hear it. I really think it's one of the better entry-level events. Even though there are very experienced builders involved, a new modder can break in and do well in any given race. — GenX_VintageRacing
  • Yes it is a King of the Hill style. every event 6 challengers get a chance at the title to face the king. No points involved. Also all cars that become king will stay the duration of the series for the grand finale in which all prior kings will battle it out! — WeRaceDiecast

Not the prettiest in the group but will be cool to watch. Finishing the Mercedes then be ready for a road trip

  • I'll prob will be sending stuff out next monday that way gives me a couple more day to finish some stuff up... see you on the track Mr. Mayfeild — RAGTAG_JIM
  • Would be cool tonrun together so we can team up and eliminate everyone else and then take out the current king of the 621 — Mayfield41
  • Heck Yeah!!!!! — RAGTAG_JIM
  • I have 7 at the moment and should have at least 1 more finished... This round of cars are all vans... Next round of cars I'm not sure what they will be yet... — RAGTAG_JIM
  • Looks like a nice set to me! Hope to see them on the track soon! — WeRaceDiecast

  • Hope I get to race against the legendary Deavers!!!! — RAGTAG_JIM
  • My man! Looking forward to it! — WeRaceDiecast

count with me

Just wanna say thanks for the help and including me! My syclone is gonna have some fun!

  • Glad I could help and I'll do what I can to make that Syclone fast! I'm 2 for 2 on my builds making it to the finals. So I'm shooting for at least that! Sorry the small trucks thing didn't work out, but this experience has definitely made me rethink beginning a mail in tournament in December! haha Anyways, glad to have you on the track! — WeRaceDiecast

Hey, quick question.  I don't see any rules/preferences for the look of the car.  I have a couple I'm thinking about sending in that are definitely fast, but they're what most would consider... ugly (visible weight, not very polished, etc.)  I really would prefer not to clean them up, as I'm suspicious of messing with their performance.  I could send some pics over on FB if you like.  Thanks.

  • Hit me up on Facebook. I'm glad you brought it up, I'm not a fan of the visible weights. If its inside the car I don't mind, but on the outside I really don't like. But we can figure it out. And if anything, its not in the rules, so you got that going for you lol — WeRaceDiecast

Just a quick update to the thread. We will be stopping the tournament a little earler than we originally anticipated. This is our LAST CALL for new entries! There still is time to get in this tournament if you want to get in the game! Thanks!

  • Are we guaranteed to race in this tournament if we send them in now? I just started a build for this yesterday but it’s a lot of effort not to have it run. — BlueLineRacing
  • I understand completely and if you send them in this week, more than likely they will run. I can't guarantee it though. What I can guarantee is that there are 3 spots left. so minimum there are at least 3 more shows to go. I have cars for 1.5 shows as of right now. So that means minimum I still need 9 more cars. But everytime a king retains his title, that means I need 6 more cars for an additional show. I do have a few cars on standby for second chance runs as well to fill in gaps if needed as well. Any car that comes in and doesn't make it into this season can be held till next season which will probably start early 2022. Initially I intended to run the season the whole year until Oct, but I have so much I want to do, and Clutch MOutnain and the There and Back are both itching to get more action. Those tracks also get better results on YouTube and will help me grow, so my priority is those 2 tracks. If you don't want a car to stay here and wait till next season, that is ok, I respect that. Also, I will be starting a new series with the There and BAck track and with Clutch Mountain as well. so Kot621 will not be the only long term series we do. So you can also hold off and wait for those as well, but if you send in soon, they are probably going to race. — WeRaceDiecast
  • @BlueLineRacing Also, after the season is completed, the 621 will get a complete overhaul. I'll be turning the 621 into diorama with a street view, with buildings, stands, sideway and all that jazz. I'm considering removing the 6 lane altogether and building a custom 6 lane as well that way it doesn't look like everyones 6 lane. The white coroplast will be painted asphault. I mean there are tons of things I want to do with it. I'm pretty excited for that as well. — WeRaceDiecast

Good Luck in all your endeavors.

is this event full? I have a car ready to go, i can mail it today.....

  • We are still accepting cars so you can send it. If your car doesn't make it into the series this season, it can either be held for next season, mailed back, or we might run a single 1 off tournament for the cars that didn't make it in this season. — WeRaceDiecast
  • Perfect. I will send it ASAP. — DamDiecast
  • FYI- No need to mail it back... until it is crowned KING!!! lol — DamDiecast
  • Well thats your chose and good luck! looking forward to getting the car in! — WeRaceDiecast
