Middleweight Challenge II (Feb 9 Series Start)
I had high hopes for this one to have been the Chrysler 300 crusher. Oh well, I guess it will have to 'weight' for another race.
Cut bits off!
My entries are leaving today but there's been a last minute change to the roster...
A HW 'GT Racer' (mainline/stock) will be replacing the modified MBX Olds Aerotech. Why?....While the MBX is very w-i-d-e and doesn't seem to run 'cleanly' on a consistent basis. The GT Racer is also significantly heavier....and every gram counts when competing against you guys-n-gals.
GspeedR
Here's what's cookin' in the JDC kitchen...
This one turned out to be over 60 grams.

Did the Turbolence come with the 5 dot wheels and if so are the FTE's a whole lot faster?

Might ship them off tomorrow

Ummm, wait a minute....I'm relaying a message from the RLD Northeast contingent....."bring it" ( that's right, thems be fightin' words)

My Vector Twin Turbo is mostly complete, just have to glue it back together. It performs about as well as my other mods do (poorly) so it'll get shipped out with a really fast stocker to counteract its pitifulness.

Is yours a Boulevard Vector Twin Turbo?
I bought one a while back and haven't touched it yet. That thing should make a nice racer.

Yep! The Boulevard one. It looked SWEET so I had to buy it. Didn't have any FTE1s which fit though so I had to put FTE2s on it... looks quite nice but it performs like a rock in water.

Some heavy rocks are fast going down to the bottom....

I pretty sure there is a tutorial on the Redline Derby site. There's also post in the forum here somewhere that will walk you through it.
