Nascar - Down Under - Outdoor track!

Hey guys & gals!
As some of you might know ,I took over for Simon (Hot Car Track) when he decided to take a step back from racing and as a result I've been racing events in which you guys sent cars over to Australia.
So now that the Mustangs are done it's time for the Nascar event to be ran..
I'm doing events in small groups of 8 (2 groups of 4 plus final)
I just build a custom outdoor track specifically for this event and it's time to go racing!!
Drivers selected for the first instalment of Nascar are:

The track looks great and I'm looking forward to watching the tournament! I would build an outdoor track, but that would involve going outside. I prefer air-conditioned interiors, personally. Plus, the weather here sucks a large portion of the year.

Can't wait to see this track in action!! But...have you kept the old indoor track still?
an outdoor track? wow How cool is that!
Makes me wonder if you could build a semi perm one outside built into the perimeter of your property,
that would be reliable to use most of the year.
I live in Houston, so summer is hotter that hades, but currently we are ~70°F and sunny,
The extra light probably helps a ton in filming, too
anyone else have a semi perm outdoor track?
- Sorry mate I only just saw your reply. a massive outdoor track would definitely take up all of your time :) My track is roughly 20 metres in length... I havent had any issue with warping etc on my track ,however I left expansion gaps to avoid that in several sections which I close up on race day. I think you would have far more issues with extreme heat and would probably be best to look at an alternative for a track surface for outdoors, if you went that way. There are a few out door tracks but none the scale of this one... — Thunder_Valley_Raceway
