Take a look at what NOSS Racing is:

Rules:
Here are the rules. Keep in mind it has to be a NASCAR 1/64 stock car to start, whether it is from Lionel, Winners Circle, Racing Champions, Action, Ertl, Revell or any others I may have missed. The Hot Wheels NASCAR cars are ok too, but they have to be NASCAR, not a baseline Hot Wheels car.
You are allowed to create your own driver name, or use your own. No wheel/axle swapping, polishing the axle is ok. There is no weight limit to the car, but all weight must be added to the inside of the car. Nothing added on the outside.
Cars must be received no later than February 10th to be included in the first race, Daytona. If received after that, they will still race the remaining schedule.
If, between redlinederby, YouTube, and Instagram, I receive enough cars (15-20) I will do it's own league. If not, I will have a smaller race between all custom cars and the winner of that race qualify to compete in the NOSS Racing event that week.
Rules & Restrictions
- Weight minimum/maximum No limit...but if you watch, heavier in these races doesn't mean "better"
- Size restrictions; length and height Standard 1/64 scale NASCAR diecast car, no modifications to the body
- Cars per entrant/household, etc. Unlimited
- Brand, body style, year, make/model requirements, etc. Any NASCAR 1/64 from any maker as stated above
- Wheel limitations, requirements; No FTEs, FTE only Must keep NASCAR wheels and axles, axle polishing is permitted
- Stock cars allowed Yes, stock cars only. No Hot Wheels baseline stock cars, but Hot Wheels NASCAR stock cars are allowed
- Must be drilled rivets Drilled or repainted without drilling, either way
- Dry lubes only Yes
- Misc requirements, one per line If you would like to send in a car to send to the series champion, that would be great, but not required. I will throw in a car or two for the winner. I will be keeping all cars sent to me that are entered in the series, which allows you to keep racing and potentially build enough for a team.

Discussion
You just keep them for the season right then you send them back correct.
Hello, as stated in video I will not be sending anything back except anything anybody sends in for a prize package plus what I add to it. Thank you, hope to see you racing.
HWL88...if you send in a car you won't be getting it back....unless you state it to be a prize, then if you win...you'd get it back...at least that's how I understand it.
Im in #18 Kyle Busch M&Ms veterans day car. At the end of the season will we get our cars back?
