Thanks! It actually was the other computer I was on. For some reason the "Your Tracks" button would not click. It works fine now and gives me the option of creating a track. Thanks!

There's a good chance the problem is at my end. I'm using a very old laptop with one of the dual processors that is bad. Using free wireless that my computer keeps saying the server is not secure when I go to sites like Yahoo. It won't let me access Google Docs and other random things.
You should be able to add your track without any special permission. Once you create a track you can start posting mailin events. Non-mailing don't require a track
