The steel areas were supposed to be white and green checked but the primer didn't bond when removing the masking tape. No time to fix it so it is what it is. I guess since it's bare metal he shall be named "Bare Grills"

Boy those are some sweet looking rides - nice work. The two cars I have both had major paint disasters - damn the luck. I tossed one into the paint stripper bin (citrus based stuff) overnight and found that 98% of the paint was a little pitted but otherwise okay. Tough stuff.
Back to the store and totally lucked out with one that will work. Back to the shop tomorrow and I will just get it in by the deadline. Thankfully you are just in the next state over
