Precision Driving Tournament

I need feedback on a race where speed is secondary to precision.

All entrants cars will run singly.  On my track they will go through the speed trap.  The idea is to hit the speed trap at exactly 200 mph. For every mph you are over 200 you gain a point. For every mph you are under you will lose a point. The winner will be whomever is closest to Zero Points at the end.

Comment, ideas, critique.  There may be no weight limitation, or tire limitations on this race. There will on size of course.
