The Sloppies haven't been spanked like this since the birthday party when they turned 7 !
So far the K & O Team have been spanked at the first 2 races they've entered.
Ok, Rumblers... Chatted with Smitty and since everyone has had the chance to race their way into each bracket....we thought the final race would have just one bracket, if you end up racing yourself so be it...all pairings drawn from the hat.
Unless I hear a protest, I'll set the brackets and the boys and I can run the races this weekend...

It's all one bracket anyway, y'all are just using it as if were two half brackets.
IMO a racer shouldn't have both cars in the same half of the bracket. Easy to do; still draw from a hat and fill in the bracket from the top. If you draw a racers 2nd car before the top half of the bracket is full just place that car in the lower half of the bracket.
Brackets set...Racing tomorrow. I'll post Race in match ups later today...

Picking up the pace, my standard drop, but added one section of track.

#8 vs #12, 12 wins by a margin each race...
#23 vs #10, !0 also laying down some fast passes to get in.
#21 vs #9,Very close racing Car 21 wins the first by 1/2 a car, then Sloppy pulls off a win by the light super close racing between these two. Car 9 gets the decider race by less than 1/2 a car...
#15 vs #20,Again close racing here, but car 20 wins by 1/2 car each race
Round 1 match ups...
#6 vs # 12, 12 by 1 car, then by 3/4 for the win.
#13 vs #24, Carl by 1/2 car, then by less in the second but it's enough to move on. $1 buck = fast...
#16 vs #10,Fishtail by 1.5 cars in the first then by 2 in the second...winged wonder continues
#11 vs #18, DVB powers to a 2 car lead and keeps it for both races...clean passes
#7 vs #9, Sloppy by 1/2 car, then by 1 in the second...Smitty gets his win...
#17 vs #19, both cars even to and past the transition...the Fishtail hits the afterburners..gone in two.
#20 vs #22, Milton out to a 1/2 car lead at the transition both races..20 steams by on the flat and wins by 1.5 cars both races...
#14 vs #5, Rat Truck by 1/2 a car then once warmed up wins the second race by over a car length

Traction 12 vs Half Fast 24, super close racing, cars were dead even at launch, transition, half track then the $1 special started some speed wobble the 32 wins by less than half a car length
Fishtail 10 vs DVB 11, Again very tight racing..the other deuce gets beat by Fishtail...1/2 car the margin of victory
Sloppy 9 vs Fishtail 19, Sloppy out to a lead each race only to be consumed on the big end by #19 each race by almost 2 cars
Traction 20 vs Delta6 5,Traction by 1.5, then by almost 2...
Final four is all Michigan...
12 vs 10, Fishtail has had the measure on the 32 the last couple of races..and wins the first by less than 1/2 a car...the second race is decided by the light and Fishtail celebrates accordingly...
19 vs , 20,The first race is decided by a wheel and the second has the Diesel moving on to the finals winning by less than 1/2 a car.
