Redline Race Extravaganza
I started collecting original Redline Hot Wheels back in the mid 90's. I've found them at antique stores, rummage sales, estate sales and yes, a few were purchased online.
Here are a few pics of my collection.
My collection of original Redline cars has grown to the point, that I now have at least 32 cars that roll well enough to make it to the end of my race track. I've never raced these cars against one another before, so it's about time!

Very impressive, JDC! I'm most interested in the outcomes...outta bring up some childhood memories.
But I wouldn't count on those Toreros. I have one with strait axles and wheels that spin better than FTEs, and its rather unstable by today's standards. Typical early Ira Gilford design with a high Cg & staggered track width...lol
Thanks GsR! The races have already been run. Just waiting for a chance to upload all of the results. I'm also going to try to add labels with the picks for identification.
Any guesses on which one is my Fastest Redline? I think most of you will be surprised -I certainly was.
Redline?
I'm goin' out on a limb and guessing...........the Paddy Wagon ???
Mighty Maverick, or Red Baron?
I'm thinking of entering a Peepimg Bomb in the beater race so I'm pullin' for that guy.
Awesome collection JDC442!
Great guesses so far! One of you picked a top 4 finalist and another picked a car that just barely lost to the semi finalist in the second round, but not the fastest.
First Round Results up.
Classic nomad
