I'm not modding these, but they are pretty darned cool. These are by Greenlight...'68 C10 with the little Airstream...and, oh course, a 2nd Gen Javelin!
Both Greenlight and M2 are doing such nice models anymore. If I'm not completely exhausted by Toy Fair (which, I usually am), it would be fun to go in and talk to those guys...and see what they ga c e coming out in 2018!

Got the donor cars picked out..time to drill the rivets.
It hasn't gotten above freezing here for a week now and the space heater in the garage just can't keep up, so with the Lady of Speed's blessing...the workshop and the Dining Room table have merged.

I found this abandoned project in my desk drawer....'41 Willies Coupe body on a Neet Strweer chassis. Pretty cool Hot Rod, for the Crew Chief Challenge race
Spending some time down at the FTE Donor Farm...checking axle lengths and logging them for future FTE package swaps.

Again, I'm not modding these, but these 50th anniversary Camaros are pretty cool. Picked these up this morning
I've gotten Vader up from 34g Stock to 48.2g currently...still got a few pockets of space to work with...Lord Vader will be getting the front axel/FTE from a 2005 Viper casting and the rear axel/FTE from a 2001 Engineering Edonis...both sets have had the wheels sanded to competition level...polish the axels and set the body tomorrow. You don't know the Power of the Dark Side!!!

This Modified Trim Trk was competitive last year in the Open Modified Division at CC Rider's...scoring points each time I raced it, but at 45g was giving up some weight in a 57g class...so added 10g and sanded it's wheels...now some runs and re-graphite and ship it back out to Utah.

I'm looking forward to this one for the Flying Colors race. I modified Gold Roses Dodger years ago, but never an original purple one :)
